After searching for hours online for a replacement capacitor for our AC unit and getting frustrated I found SupplyHouse. I was able to speak with a live person on the phone. I gave them the model number and the service rep found the exact item. I was impressed that was told when I ordered the item on a Monday they said that I would receive the item on Wednesday without pay extra for expedited shipping. The item was received the day it was quoted and it was exactly what was ordered. My only regret was as an afterthought; I should have order an extra capacitor it have a spare part when needed.
