Supply House came through AGAIN! Originally ordered the part from another HVAC company. It took a few days for that company to generate a tracking number. And 2 week later, tracking number still doesn't show the unit leaving their warehouse. Supply House came to the rescue!! I called SH on Monday to verify when the part would arrived to me, and the cutoff time that i would need to place the order to get it to me within that time frame. I gave the other company a few more hours to update their tracking before i placed the order with SH. No new update with the other company, so order made with SH at 3:56pm EST Monday. Four days later (Friday), received the SH part and quickly installed it. Finally got the furnace back up and working. It's almost been 3 weeks since it first went down (with the average temperature being mid-30's), next time Supply House will be the first call i make.
