21" 8 Row Vertical Drain Pan, 68-101805-87

The folks at Supply House were very helpful in tracking down this hard to find drain pan I needed for my Rheem A/C system. This plastic drain pan sits underneath the evaporator coil that is inside the furnace (i.e. air handler portion of it) and my original pan had cracked and caused water to leak out onto the floor when the A/C system was running. Rheem had made several revisions to the part # and it was hard to determine what the correct replacement part # was. I had the original part # 68-23213-03 and called Rheem directly to determine new replacement part #. They refused to help since I was not a distributor of theirs. Supply House was very responsive to all my emails in helping me confirm the correct replacement (often the responses were within an hour or two). The new replacement part # 68-101805-87 was exactly what I needed. It was only slightly different in design (i.e. to allow for drainage out the front and side , where my original was only out the side) and works perfectly. I did have to remove or rather cut out the 'knock out' for the side drain for my system.
