Inducer motor died just before family company was to arrive. Since my unit is 15yrs old this part was updated. Called SupplyHouse sales support and they confirmed this part would fit as a replacement. The part was shipped overnight and installed next day. All was saved company was kept warm during there visit.

The customer service here was very friendly and helped me out with locating the correct part. Pricing was very competitive, and shipping was extremely quick. Got the furnace up and running sooner than I thought and I would recommend the company and the motor from them.

Contractor said it was going to cost 2x as much, but I replaced it in about 15minutes. And it worked. This is day one. Initially found another model but wasn't sure it would fit my unit so I sent them a message asking. Customer service emailed me back first thing in a.m. with the model I needed for my unit. I had it shipped overnight and it was here by 10a.m. The unit has form but not function difference in that the new unit has the capacitor mounted to the motor unlike the original which has the capacitor mounted on the furnace and connected by 2 brown wires (in the 5 wire/pin connector). Overnight guests coming at 4, so needed the heat with temps dropping into the 20s tonight. So simple. Glad I relied on Supply House.
