Rattling with new blower wheel
I replaced the old dirty blower wheel with new same part number blower wheel. However, the new blower wheel created rattling noise. I cleaned my old blower wheel, removes the new blower wheel out, installed old blower wheel back in. The rattling noise went away. So I will stick with my old blower wheel and I will proceed to return the new blower wheel.

Go aftermarket, RUUD/RHEEM wheels arrive in bad shape.
I ordered three of these consecutively one after another as each one was so out of balance that all three had to be returned. Finally went aftermarket from LAU and everything went well. I think that because of LAU's firm packaging, not allowing the blower wheel to move or shift in the box is why their product arrives in better shape than those in the box with some craft paper. Lost a few hours over this whole deal. Never will I purchase another RHEEM / RUUD OEM blower wheel. This WAS NOT SUPPLY HOUSE's fault at all, they are great!
