Incompetent warehouse staffs
I purchased the 2 x (pack of 12) filters, but I got 2 filters in the shipment instead. I called them, and they said they will ship me the rest of the filters. Long be hold, I got another 2 filters in the shipment today, and all I'm trying to do is to keep up with the maintenance schedule to get the AC filters replaced. This is beyond incompetent.
