Great service.
I really appreciate the prompt delivery and how well the filters were packaged, if the filters are not packaged in a sturdy box and you dent them they will not seal when you install them on your air conditioner. Supply house did a great job with the boxing of the filters and the price was fair I highly recommend using them.

Arrived in great shape. Exact replacement
These are the exact filters specified for my ac. Price is competitive or better than the aftermarket replacement at other sites. As always, these guys ship fast and stuff arrives in good condition.

The quality of construction of this product is so-so.
The packaging during shipment needs to be beefed up. I ordered two pieces and one came damaged nd the other one was usable, not in the best of shape when received. I returned the damaged piece and a replacement was sent out immediately. The replacement also came damaged and another replacement was subsequently sent out. Waiting on it to arrive.
The structural members of this product do not support the product to my satisfaction. Too flimsy.
