Poor packaging
The unit seems to work fine but it appeared to have been sold before and returned. The box ( not the shipping box) was open and the unit had partially slid out of the box. The screw and components bag appeared to have been opened previously and the screws were spilled into the shipping box. Very dissatisfied with the packaging. The unit appears to work fine but I hope that it doesn't fail prematurely due to trauma that may have been incurred during shipping due to the poor packaging
