Prompt shipping and professional
Due to Rheem not having part for our water heater we found part at Supply House. When we called our customer service representative was knowledgeable and was able to order part and gave us shipping information. The part actually arrived a day earlier. Will do business again.

Fixed my inconsistent hot water
Had an issue where the water temp would drop 20+ degrees before the burner would kick back on. Replacing the gas control thermostat with this replacement resolved my issue.
