Thermistor Kit, SP20845

I bought this kit for convenience because it's supposed to include the thermistor, clips, and a piece of cork tape, which is required to affix the device to the water heater pipe. The "kit" arrive without the cork tape. Customer service authorized a replacement to be sent, however the replacement kit also arrived without the cork tape. The cork tape being included was the entire reason I paid nearly 4 times the cost of just buying the thermistor on its own. At this point it's not worth the hassle of returning again as it has been weeks and I need to repaid my water heater. Do yourself a favor and just purchase the ten dollar thermistor on its own and buy a roll of cork tape separately. You'll save some money and have a ton of extra cork tape for any future projects.

Direct replacement thermistor kit. Comes with different size pipe clamps. what is really great is that it comes with a piece of sticky wrap. Don't have to try and save the old one. I'm sure professionals have wrap on their rigs, but this kit is great for DIY-ers.

Initial the part was not in stock but could not find it anywhere else either. Order processing was seemless, I would shop here again.
