Perfect fit. Boiler running again.
Obviously I wish the price was lower, but my heat guy quoted $700 to replace this on my boiler after he diagnosed the problem. Bought this for less than half the price. It also came with a set of gaskets FWIW (I also bought a set which I didn't need but now I have extras). Swapped in very easily. A little mess but that was to be expected. Boilers been running like a champ ever since.
If anyone cares, I opened the broken pump up and found that an inductor had blown on the circuit board. Probably could replace that and keep it as a spare.
