Love this heater
Was concerned at first about this heater being ventless. After much research and having it installed for a year I couldn't be happier. Using this in a sun room that has 4 sides to the weather and the house furnace just could not stay up with the cold. Live outside of Chicago so it can get cold here. It was 26 below zero Farenheit last week without the wind chill and Rinnai ventless heater keep the room nice and warm without a problem.

Love this product and would buy it again.
I bought this product for my Mom and Dad who are in there 80's. My Dad had dementia so I needed something easy and safe for my Mom. She loved it and it heats the house very efficiently.
