I used Ox-Boxes everywhere on a Pex-plumbed home, even with the Manablock home-run manifold oriented system (also highly recommended) and am ever so glad I did. I thought having both Central (manifold) valves & valves at fixtures would be redundant, but haveing both has much eased both plumbing & fixture installation & maintenance. And the results look and perform first-class - no more wiggly stub-outs.

I like the Size and flexibility of configuration of these. I like being able to install these in separate locations

I have used these boxes for years and while not super high end, they are a decent box. Ordered a set recently to only find out that they no longer include the trim rings...why? Trim rings sold separately for like $1.50, really? Just makes an inconvenience for the purchaser, include the trim rings again and raise the price the $1.50 if you need it that bad.

This product is designed to be used with a washing machine. However, I used it to provide the water supply for a shower panel. Rather than just have the supply lines poke through the tile, I had the plumber install the Ox Box, and then the tile professional properly sealed the box edges and I now have turn-off valves directly behind the panel. Easy to remove the panel, turn off the water, and work on, or replace the panel if necessary. A much more professional looking job. Note: you will need a 3/8" to 3/4" L adapter to attach most shower panel hoses to the finished unit.
