no stainless steel
I read that the SS ring on closet flanges can decay. Solid PVC seemed the way to go. Had a hard time finding 4" hub, but Supply House came through. Flange fit over 4" PVC riser. In hindsight I think closet flange into PVC would be a better connection, drainage wise.
