5/8" Swage Union (SWUN5800) - SmartLock Swage Fitting
Connect 5/8" copper or aluminum tubes to swage valves without brazing or flaring. SmartLock SWUN5800 uses patented metal-to-metal sealing technology for permanent zero-leak joints under any pressure or temperature. Standard wrenches align and tighten components automatically, letting technicians skip open flames and finish installs faster.

Installation & Tools

• Tools needed. Standard open-end or adjustable wrenches only.
• Installation tip. Hand-start nuts on tubes and valve then wrench-tighten until the fitting's torque stop engages.
