5/8"x1/2" Union Reducer (UNRD5812) - SmartLock® Compression Fitting
Join a 5/8" tube to a 1/2" tube without brazing or flaring. SmartLock® UNRD5812 uses patented metal-to-metal sealing technology for permanent, zero-leak joints under pressure. Standard wrenches align and tighten components automatically, letting technicians skip open flames and finish jobs faster.

Installation & Tools

• Tools needed. Standard open-end or adjustable wrenches only.
• Installation tip. Hand-start nuts on tubes, then wrench-tighten until the fitting's torque stop engages.
