Ignore the other guy's review
The cracked fitting in the other review is bogus. You can clearly see in his photo he used a male metal adapter and buried it in the plastic female adapter. This is a common problem with plastic fittings when installed wrong. These will work as intended when install properly

Poor quality or
The fitting split within a day after installation. I purchased schedule 80 for added strength but it cracked. I don't think I overtightened the fitting. I'm very hesitant to renew my order with the same parts given the current result. Has there been a change in the manufacturing quality?
