Came broken
The shipping method was poor. Breaker was just tossing a fairly padded envelope and shipped. When I got it, one of the handles was broken and the handle tie was broken.

the packaging is not sufficient to protect the items inside
The packaging was not sufficient to protect items inside, specifically small plastic parts of the circuit breakers, and you should use wrapping bubbles protecting material. Even I advised you after receiving damaged brakes first time you still not packaged it sufficiently and I had to return the item second time and I still do not have replacement, so I am 3 weeks delaying my electrical project. It cost you money to ship and return the items, it created frustration and time delay of my project.
