200A entrance panel breaker and nice yellow protection boots
The entrance panel and the 200A breaker were only 10 years old, but when loaded to only 80 amps (fairly balanced) for a few hours, one side would get warm and trip. Voltage drop was 450mA on the bad side and 100mA on the good side. The power company pulled the meter and hung around while I swapped out the breaker. An easy job. This breaker came with 2 bright yellow rubber shield boots that snapped over the lugs for the entrance mains on the breaker. I hadn't seen those before. A nice safety feature. Drop is now less than 100mA on both sides.
