Overview:
The House Control 400 is designed to operate as part of a complete hydronic heating system with tekmarNet®2 (tN2) thermostats. It can provide operation of one outdoor reset water temperature in addition to Domestic Hot Water and Setpoint capabilities. It has four built in zones that can operate up to four zone valves.. It is easy to add more zones, add schedules or other convenient accessories through the use of the tekmarNet®4 (tN4) Expansion terminals.

amazing!!!!
I had read much on this controller and it did not disappoint. Monitoring my system now, it runs amazingly better and very much in control. It modulates my boiler SO much better and our home is heating cheaper and much more efficiently now. I cannot recommend this control enough. I did also have to call support on one note and they were awesome. Not third world support either! Thanks Tekmarr for such great products and support.

Works Terrific
Just installed 400 Control and 3 552 thermostats. I must say I am quite impressed. Boiler control with indoor feedback works perfectly.
Have a Lochinvar Knight with outdoor reset which worked well but outdoor reset only tells half the story and the least important half at that.
Problem had been depending on outdoor temp. one would deal with lengthy return from night setback or short cycling during the day.
With the 400 and the 552, the control decides how far way from target the temp is and adjusts boiler temp based on that info.
Recovering in the am, boiler temp is high despite what the outdoor might recommend. Recovered and control lowers boiler target below what outdoor would recommend. Until you see it in action it might be hard to imagine but it works WOW.
No calculation of savings yet. I supposed will have to calculate degree days vs use to get an accurate comparison.
