The Mixing Valve Adapter Kit M3061 allows mounting of a floating action actuator M3062 to tekmar cast iron mixing valves. It is compatible with tekmar valve models 016 through 026. The M3061 and M3062 combined together replace the discontinued Actuator Motor 010 and 011.

Worked / fit as expected.
I replaced a Tekmar "Actuating Motor 011" w/ the M3062 actuator and M3061 adapter kit. Install was simple; setup was straight-forward.
(Sorry, I don't have the valve body # handy.)

Adapter plate did not fit my Tekmar valve.
Expensive pieces of metal to make another vendors product to work with an older cast iron Tekmar valve. The plate did not work as described on my valve and I had to make several modifications to be able to use it to mount the Belimo actuator. Tekmar reccomended this with the M3062 which is a repackaged Belimo actuator which is 220more than just buying the Belimo here.
