Recommend Supply House for fast service and follow-up
Placed an order for 10 shaft couplings, when the order came we thought it was the wrong coupling. Called Supply House, got Joe and he was most helpful and diligent in trying to track down the right coupling. He followed up, which was great. Fortunately, you did send the right part, and there was not an error. Our maintenance person originally thought the couplings sent were the wrong size, but once our electrician looked at them he found them to be correct.
