Nightmare!
HVAC service tech 18 years now. We have ONE customer of our regular 3500 with one of these turds. Another contractor installed. Spent 45 minutes today changing one!!! AVOID IT! The rack is of a Clean Effects, and the rest is a poor rip off of an Aprilaire 201. Plastic frame does NOT fit in rack and plastic 'pins' do not match the prepunched ones in the media! Trust me, you will struggle.
