Rough start. Excellent finish.
Part arrived quickly but was damaged. They quickly sent another and it arrived in good shape. The part was just like the original and and installed and works as expected. Glad to have my heatpump going again.
2nd part arrived had to be ordered and arrived sooner than expected. Look, fits, and works like the original. Thank!

Still don't have the product.
I still don't have my product. UPS lost it and I reordered but that has apparently not shipped yet. I need this product to complete repairs tied to an insurance claim. I hope I am not waiting for UPS to complete their investigation before you ship it.
