Supply House did well, but...
Motor arrived quickly, I brought it to the job site and found it to be missing a mounting stud. Called customer service, took a photo of it, and they said they would replace it with another. However, I chose to use it, supplying my own fourth mount. Motor is working well.

Fan motor
Good product and fast shipping, only issue was it was damaged when I received it. 2 studs were knocked into the motor, instead of the hassle of sending it back, I took the motor apart and fixed it, need to take a little more care in packing these fan motors.
