Good quality
I grabbed a new cheap 15mfd cap for this blower and noticed a fairly high current draw as compared to this one. To avoid coming back again, I installed this one. Both measure the sane capacitance. Best to use your amp clamp to distinguish between good and bad currency draw. You get what you pay for too….
