Poor quality!
Before installing the new capacitor, it tested at the lowest limit of its useful range. I wouldn't buy it again.

I would not buy this manufactures product again.
Before installing, I tested the run cap and found it was lower than 5 MFD just above the lower limit of it's useful range. It should have been high for a new part.
