I needed this to replace a broken down one
My 12 year old thermostat went out. The replacement was not available anywhere near us, and when we found one, they wanted $200 more than Supply House. They have awesome customer service and answered all my questions promptly. There was a snag on the shipping, no fault of them, but they gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience (UPS fault). I ordered vents for my whole house previously from them and it was a great experience also.
