Service Great, Product Not So Much
Overall the customer service was very good and I received the part a day ahead of the estimate. The part itself I'm not so impressed with as it's already out-of-round right out of the box (not Supply House's fault). This is the second time this blower wheel has been replaced in a Trane package unit installed new less than 10 years ago - the last one didn't even last 3 years, and I'm guessing this one won't last any longer than it did. Not impressed with Trane quality.
