The UEi 522KIT has the essential testing solutions recommended by major manufacturers for the installation and maintenance of oil burners and boilers. This allows you to validate and document initial readings at the time of installation as required by most equipment warranties.

Check voltage levels and ensure proper grounding with the EPC True-RMS wireless clamp meter. Test heat exchanger integrity, flue gas smoke levels, and analyze fuel efficiency and more using the C161 combustion analyzer with smoke pump test kit. Monitor supply and return air duct temperature using the PDT655 differential pocket thermometer. Perform external static pressure tests on airflow and test gas flow pressure using the EM720 differential manometer and static pressure kit. Ensure a perfect install by using the CD100A to confirm the system is safe from any gas leaks.

The 522KIT comes packed in the UEi Heavy Duty Tool Backpack, which features a rigid waterproof base, 2 zippered inner compartments, 10 vertical tool pockets, and an outer compartment with adjustable straps for securing larger items.
