TL Coil Kit, 5612002

Raised in a family plumbing business but now retired. My son (and family) asked me to see why their showers were getting progressively shorter before they turned cold. His plumber had tried to fix the problem several times with no luck. A bit of troubleshooting proved that the domestic hot water immersion coil needed to be replaced. I ordered the coil from supply house and it was delivered in 2 days. I installed the new coil and had a slight drip at one of the bulkhead fittings, and from experience, did not feel comfortable tightening the fitting another turn. I called Supplyhouse and without question sent me a new coil and a pre paid return label. Installed the new coil (no drips) and now my son, his wife, and my grandchildren love me even more. Also, shipping was free, return was free, and keep in mind this coil weighed 14 pounds. Wonderful people. I've been doing business with Supplyhouse for years, and will continue to do so.
