The Tech Pac Blackout is a blacked-out tool backpack for tool storage based on our Tech Pac but with Veto Pro Pac's V-Swap system that COMES WITH FRONT AND BACK removable TOOL and METER pocket panels which are also exchangeable. You can purchase additional Meter, Tool and other panels as desired, including a Laptop Panel that can turn the bag into a tool bag/laptop bag, and the Laptop Panel can go in the front or the back, flat rubber panel for Bulk Storage, a Modular panel, Utility Panel, and Folio panel. Includes V-Swap Tool Panel and Meter Panels, V-Swap Laptop, Folio, Utility, Modular, and Bulk Storage Panels Sold Separately.

Great overall tool backpack
Nice, a little heavy when loaded but super nice. There are great options on where to put stuff. It would be nice to have some sort of labeling system so I can remember where everything is but time alone will do that. Only other critique is some of the zipper compartments are tight, could be more flexible, maybe a stretch material so the zipper compartments are so restrictive.

Worth every penny!
I'm a DIYer and have been looking for a decent tool bag for my most-used tools for a long time- something I can haul around the house to keep everything close and throw in the car with me whenever I'm helping a friend or relative with something. This bag is easy to keep organized- everything has its place so I'm never digging for something like I did with a generic tool caddy or toolbox. And it holds an unbelievable amount of tools. My favorite feature is that it stands upright even when both the front and back panels are open. The only downside I've noticed so far is because it holds so much it gets heavy quickly but that's a me problem, and my table saw almost but didn't quite fit. I wish I had discovered this bag years ago!
