Fixed my regulator!
My PRV was 5 years old (new construction) and completely failed. This kit arrived the next day, I installed, and now working properly once again! Note: the rebuild kit does NOT include a spring, so if the spring is your failure point (fortunately for me, it was not), the kit will not fix your problem.

Water PRV started having irregular pressure, found this repair kit and worked like a charm!
Old diaphragm had corrosion and blockage from calcium buildup. The only hiccup was getting the old diaphragm out without damaging the threads for the cover.
Saved me a ton of money for the plumber to come

I couldn't find this repair kit locally for my pressure reducing valve at the house which is kind of crazy because I live in a huge major city. The entire valve brand new was 3x so was happy to find supply house.

I would use this part again
