Fixed my regulator!
My PRV was 5 years old (new construction) and completely failed. This kit arrived the next day, I installed, and now working properly once again! Note: the rebuild kit does NOT include a spring, so if the spring is your failure point (fortunately for me, it was not), the kit will not fix your problem.

Worked perfectly!!
Water PRV started having irregular pressure, found this repair kit and worked like a charm!
Old diaphragm had corrosion and blockage from calcium buildup. The only hiccup was getting the old diaphragm out without damaging the threads for the cover.
Saved me a ton of money for the plumber to come

works great, came quickly, very happy
I couldn't find this repair kit locally for my pressure reducing valve at the house which is kind of crazy because I live in a huge major city. The entire valve brand new was 3x so was happy to find supply house.

I would use this part again
I own a plumbing company and needed this part very quickly and SupplyHouse had the part available and ready to ship. The customer service was outstanding and I received the part before the time frame given. I was able to complete my job within the time frame! I will definitely use SupplyHouse again in the future. Very reliable company.
