PWROKC4 4-Stage Kwik-Change Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System (60 GPD)

We purchased this in February of 2025 and installed it for a customer. (Just over a year ago.) We had nothing but problems from the start. First off out of the box a faulty check valve in the Watts RO system was making a vibrating noise when water was used. We fixed that but kept having monthly issues that the customer would call about. Push-fittings would leak. About two months after install the RO tap faucet would drip constantly. Eventually after just over a year, the RO tap faucet started leaking from something internally, and prior to that it had been dripping constantly (wouldn't turn off due to bad faucet valve seals). We ordered a new Watters RO faucet from SupplyHouse.com and the brand new faucet is already leaking internally and dripping water down into the kitchen cabinet below the sink. The new faucet also has a built reminder to replace the filters. Absolutely terrible setup. And now the reverse osmosis system itself is leaking on the back side of the filter housing where the street 90 fittings push-fit into the back of the unit. We're taking the whole thing out and replacing it with a different brand.
