The freezeless Model 22 hot and cold faucet is designed and intended for year-round hot and cold irrigation and cleaning purposes regardless of outside temperature. Separate hot and cold inlet tubes allow for manually operated temperature control with cross contamination protection. This faucet contains patented pressure relief valves that prevents the faucet from bursting in freezing weather should a hose be accidentally left on. The Model 22 contains an integral backflow protection device and does not require and add-on vacuum breaker.

Liked it so much, we bought another one.
We installed one for cleaning our vehicles. Installed a hose Y with the pressure washer on one side and a very short hose for filling the soap bucket with warm water on the other. Wife decided we needed one next to the hot tub. If you need to drill through thick concrete, take time to get the angle of the holes correct; it is more than it appears and the outside flange is not much larger than the holes.

Good quality outdoor faucet
I installed this on my patio on the rear of the house in conjunction with a tankless water heater project at the house. I wanted to have warm water to be able to wash the dog and other various tasks. Seems to be good quality, but I only have a few weeks experience with it so can't attest to the long term durability.

I have two large Great Danes. I use this to mix hot and cold water to give them a bath outside. It works great and looks good just like the dogs.

Rotory demo and core bit rental from the big Orange store ($60 bucks), Scrap piece of cedar polystained ($10 bucks), Concrete anchors ($7 bucks), Hot water outside, direct to the power washer for winter time salt, grit and grime busting off of the wife's Ferd ($Priceless$)
