FINALLY...
Someone with the correct handle for my faucet. I didn't realize that WOODFORD had two different types of faucet shafts. I bought the splined version thinking that was the style I had until I finally got it apart. THAT'S when I found out I had the square shaft version. So just to make sure that I've got spares, I purchased 3.
