Great to check refrigeration in normal systems
I use this test gauge to check R-22 and R-410a in AC units that appear to be operating normally. No reason to remove refrigerant from a system into a liquid hose if an AC unit is operating well. Every time you hook up a manifold gauge to the discharge (liquid) service port, you fill your hose full of liquid refrigerant from the system. With this test gauge, you prevent this from happening.
