The aluminum body and bar of the YELLOW JACKET Lightweight Swaging and Flaring Tool makes it half the weight of traditional steel designs. For super fast flaring, remove top manual handle and replace with electric drill bit.
Features:
- The hardened, polished eccentric cone with 45° flare produces a rolling action for uniform flare walls without galling in 1/4" to 3/4" OD tubing.
- Lightweight but strong aluminum bars - each hole flare tested more than 1000 times
- Build in slide gauge to easily meet the desired flare sizes without the guesswork
- Large feed screw handle for secure grip and smooth turning with little effort
- Built in clutch release to prevent over torquing
- Recommended for soft materials such as copper and aluminum
- Blow molded carrying case included

Precision flaring tool.
If you make many flare connections and don't want leaks then buy this. The flares come out perfect and visibly more precise than regular block flares. Clutch prevents overtightening. Built in depth gauge so no more using a nickel to set height. Little bit of nylog on the flare face and it won't leak. A little pricey but worth it if prevents even one refrigerant leak.
