Good kit and even better price
Good kit. Comes with everything you need unfortunately the housing on mine was too old to rebuild so it didn't work. I had to buy a brand new unit anyway.

I would buy this product again when needed
Repair kit for for my house pressure regulator was made by the original manufacturer Zurn. The kit contained all the necessary pieces and it was a successful rebuild. I have always had a great experience with this company.

Economical way to rebuild a failing pressure reducing valve
The pressure reducing valve at my home was not working at all and the pressure was too high. I opted to rebuild it as opposed to replace it. The kit contains everything you need internally, plus a new gasket for the union/tailpiece. The instructions were thorough and easy for a novice like me to follow. I'm glad that Zurn/Wilkins still runs a kit for a 20+ years model and SupplyHouse had it in stock. I wish that the kit also contained the adjustment bolt. Mines was rusted beyond repair and I ended up getting one from a hardware store (3/8-16 hex bolt; length: 1-3/4"). My local store didn't have this length, so I got 1-1/2", instead, which was long enough for my adjustment anyways.
