Full-time position

SupplyHouse.com, a successful e-commerce heating, plumbing, and HVAC supply company, is seeking Janitorial Associates to add to our team in our Texas location! The Janitorial Associate is responsible for helping us maintain a clean, pleasant, and productive work environment by ensuring all areas of the office and warehouse are kept clean, tidy, and useable at all times.

Job type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Lunch 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Base pay rate: $20/hour (Paid Weekly)

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and tidying bathrooms daily – including cleaning toilets, sinks, mopping floors, refilling bathroom essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
  • Wiping down kitchen counter and tables daily
  • Vacuuming carpets in office on a weekly basis
  • Mopping kitchen, lounge, training room and hallway floors
  • Dusting blinds and cleaning windows
  • Disinfecting door handles, fridge handles, microwaves, and sinks
  • Emptying cardboard, trash, and recycling in the warehouse and office on a daily basis
  • Sweeping warehouse on a routine basis and disposing of broken pallets properly and safely
  • All other duties assigned by Warehouse Captain

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures)

Data Analyst - Pricing (Remote)

This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

This position will require travel to our NY office headquarters for up to four times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities. The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.

A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (Annually)

Responsibilities:

  • Use margins, pricing trends, and competition analysis to price out new & reprice on-site products for sustainable growth
  • Authorize price reductions for sales promotions and set discounted pricing for contractor loyalty program
  • Ensure compliance with minimum advertised price (MAP) policies set forth by manufacturers and prepare MAP violation report to help vendors maintain a fair competition environment
  • Run the pricing automation tool weekly and adjust parameters in the tool to align with the company business goal
  • Generate regular analytical reports to monitor key business metrics for better pricing decisions
  • Conduct individual sales and margin analyses to follow up major pricing strategy changes, evaluate the changes and further adjust actions if the analyses suggest so
  • Attend interdepartmental meetings regularly and provide insights from pricing perspective
  • Handle price complaints from customers and make systematic adjustments on pricing strategies when necessary

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, other quantitative fields, or related Business degree
  • Proficient Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge

Some of what you'll do:

  • Own and strategically manage paid search (PPC) programs in order to drive profitable incremental revenue growth

Position Summary:

The Product Manager, Product Catalog is responsible for the strategy, vision, and execution of enhancements to the product catalog powering our e-commerce website and app. The product catalog/PIM is a core system responsible for collecting, hosting, and serving all product data from product images to prices to inter-product relationships. This role involves key goal setting, opportunity scoping, feature prioritization, and rollout planning for major product updates. Responsibilities:

Some of what you'll do:

  • Own and strategically manage paid search (PPC) programs in order to drive profitable incremental revenue growth
  • Perform daily management of multiple large-scale Paid Search and Shopping campaigns which include: new products, budget management, bid management, tracking and reporting, and beta program testing
  • Manage daily performance tracking process to ensure spending and ROAS levels are on pace
  • Manage the GMC and ensure product feeds are set up accurately and effectively for success
  • Work with partner teams at Google and Microsoft to strategize optimizations for ad accounts
  • Analyze performance data to improve spend efficiency
  • Conduct regular account health checks and own the responsibility to maintain and update the ad accounts
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing team to standardize, improve, and implement processes within the Growth team
  • Design creative solutions to scale ad copy changes on a 100,000+ product catalog
  • Willingness to grow understanding of SEO strategies and work closely with the internal team to ensure paid and organic is aligned and working cohesively

We are looking for individuals with: 

  • 4-year college degree in Marketing, Business, or other analytical fields
  • 3-5 years of Digital Search Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Shopping (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads knowledge is essential and required)
  • Skilled at explaining performance to internal leadership and client stakeholders as well as taking time to educate and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with feed management platforms, such as Feedonomics (is a plus)
  • Data-driven, creative, and curious You regularly come up with new hypotheses and are constantly testing new experiments to improve your campaigns’ performance
  • An understanding of the principles of CAC, LTV, and attribution (is a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from data with minimal direction

  • Capture still images of products using a lightbox and digital camera
  • Retouch all images in Photoshop with our website standard quality for product listings

Strategic Analyst - Pricing (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Use margins, pricing trends, and competition analysis to price out new & reprice on-site products for sustainable growth
  • Authorize price reductions for sales promotions and set discounted pricing for contractor loyalty program
  • Ensure compliance with minimum advertised price (MAP) policies set forth by manufacturers and prepare MAP violation report to help vendors maintain a fair competition environment
  • Run the pricing automation tool weekly and adjust parameters in the tool to align with the company business goal
  • Generate regular analytical reports to monitor key business metrics for better pricing decisions
  • Conduct individual sales and margin analyses to follow up major pricing strategy changes, evaluate the changes and further adjust actions if the analyses suggest so
  • Attend interdepartmental meetings regularly and provide insights from pricing perspective
  • Handle price complaints from customers and make systematic adjustments on pricing strategies when necessary

Basic Qualifications:
