Great Device
Used it to right after my well pressure tank to remove air as well as methane gas that comes in from my well, connected a line to outside for it to vent above the roof line. No More Spurts of air, No more burning water and no more headaches like I was getting non-stop.

Replaced one that was leaking

Excellent quality valve
Valve is used on a recirculator pump for a Vertec water heater. The water system has high amounts of sulfur gas which the valve vents with no problem. Without the valve the pump would have a very short life. Also nice not having the hot water spit at you with rotton egg smell when turned on.

Didnt work for me
My residential hot water heater was accumulating air overnight then blasting it out when opening a faucet in the mornings. I installed it at the highest point after the water heater, turned it on, but made no change for me. Doesnt seem to work.

I have air in my water lines.
