Lyric Thermostat is GREAT!
The Lyric is Stylish, Simple and Easy to Use, from the APP to the dial.
The install tutorial and configuration videos are awesome and simplify everything.
HIGHLY Recommend the Lyric.

Q: Will the lyric work with a 2 wire system? I have a gas furnace, steam heat, 1 zone. Wire are R and W. Can I have a remote sensor (old house, bad ghermostat location, cant run new wire)

Q: Does the smart phone application require a subscription to a service from anyone, or is it a free application and uses open access via the internet without requiring paid-for access by Honeywell or another provider?

Q: Will it work with a variable speed blower that I keep switched to on all of the time to circulate the air?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffYes, This will operate a fan with either on, off, or automatic control. However, the speed of your variable speed fan would still be controlled on the fan unit itself. The Lyric thermostat would only be able to turn it on or off as needed.
