Unbeatable solution for commercial restrooms
This occupancy sensor works much better than the wall mount switch/sensor models because it detects at 360 degrees and it's out of reach from people. Be careful when ordering the fan - not all Panasonic Whisper units are compatible.

It works exactly as advertised -- and I have disconnected it
Not really sure how many stars to give this. Although this does what it is supposed to do, I found myself annoyed by the fact that the fan came on every time I briefly entered the bathroom to get something from the closet, or brush my hair, put something away, etc. It then spent 20 minutes pumping air that I'd paid to heat outside unnecessarily. I had also hooked up a switch as an option, but now use that instead when needed. I do have the humidity sensor installed to come on automatically for showers. It is very sensitive and I have it set nearly as high as possible, but it still started on its own as we had a rainy day yesterday and ran for hours. I hope this is not a trend.
