Solid and well built.
Don't know what the previous commenter was looking at, but I have one in my hands right now. It seems well manufactured and the drain is a helpful touch of people who know the issues with these sorts of solutions.

Nice Design, Cheap Build Quality
The design of this termination vent with screen is nice.
The build quality is very poor and I expect that the "stainless steel" screen will corrode in a year or so.
