First unit died after 18 months
This thermostat controls the floor heat in my Mom's bathroom. It stopped working after 18 months, first with an error message and then totally dead.
We hope the second one lasts longer.

Q: 2 questions - is there a battery back up in these? Im In Tn and my power blinks on and off quite frequently and I am forever resetting date time year and floor temp. Also are they supposed to make a clicking sound when they kick on and off?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThis thermostat does not include a battery backup, however the programming is retained indefinitely. The current time and day will need to be re-set if power is lost for more than 30 minutes.

Q: Will this work with two Laticrete 15 amp mats?

Verified Reply- Supplyhouse Staffi do not have the specs on Laticrete mats, if they are with in the 3600 watts max (240v),1800 watts max (120v), then yes.
