Service was great
This product is a universal igniter for water heater/boilers. The product was fine, it worked. Mainly, we appreciated the expedited service from Supply House. The customer rep was excellent, she listened and was responsive to expedite shipping. We were without heat in Minnesota on a Friday afternoon. Received the part on Monday, installed it, and it worked first time.

The ignitor itself is fine and I am very familiar with them as I've been buying them for many years. The problem I had was that I ordered 2 and 8 were shipped before I got 2 that weren't broken. The first six all arrived broken inside the packaging (which seems pretty safe). The returns were accepted and replacements shipped super promptly and without hassle for that I give 5 stars. I could gently shake the boxes upon arrival and hear the broken pieces sliding around inside. I just wish they'd have done this before shipping because my guess is they were broken already.

Always keep on hand
Who doesn't need a replacement igniter or two? I jest but, then again, I don't. Supply House maintains good stock, ships fast, answers any questions promptly and politely. Best off-the-beaten-track parts place online, hand down.

Igniters don't last forever. In cold weather a spare is esse
Igniters are fragile and break easily and don't last forever. I can't get this one locally so having a spare is essential when it fails which always seems to occur in cold weather. Units from other vendors have arrived broken. Supply House was a better price, quick delivery and securely packaged so it arrived unbroken. I could live in the cold a flew days, but my wife would not. Good to have spare on hand.

Works great but longevity is questionable
Installed properly works great. But have to replace every 3-5 years seems like could be improved as they are quite fragile. Price is reasonable at least. And customer service is excellent at SupplyHouse.
