I would purchase again if needed.
The customer service chat person was great. She ensured that I had the right part for my model number and answered all my questions on the different parts options I had for my water heater. Product was delivered in the time frame promised and was nicely package to avoid damage.

Burner unit water heater
Nice construction but it didn't come with the brass regulator for the gas line and leaked like crazy. Useless without that.
