[WATER HEATER TEMPERATURE CONTROL
This temperature control unit was a replacement for the original on my A.O. Smith 40 gallon, propane, direct vent water heater. The control unit was exactly the same as the original, and fit perfectly. It was easy to install. This control unit even featured teflon compound applied to the threaded shank that screws into the tank. With an improved dirt trap, this unit should get me at least another 10 years of trouble-free service from the pricey water heater that I have.
