I bought an AO Smith water heater, came slightly damaged and they changed it for a new one in 4 days. super efficient. I then needed to buy a T&P valve and it arrived in 2 days. Exactly what I needed
My old one had started dripping water out of the relief valve so this was a replacement.
Came with thread tape on it so was really simple to replace. I just turned off water, turned down thermostat to low, drained a few gallons water out of water heater. Replaced with good one and was good to go.
