Came fairly quickly and works…..but
This final burner came quickly and was the correct part but for some reason It would not screw into the valve assembly no matter what I tried! I tried for over two hours in my hot garage to no avail. I even took it apart and tried just aligning it without even putting it into the water heater and it still wouldn't screw in. It looks EXACTLY like the one I removed but it wouldn't work. The issue was the little heat sensor thing so I ended up using all the new parts that came with the new one and attaching them to the old main tube. It screwed in immediately and it works perfectly now!

Perfect replacement
I replaced the burner assembly in my 17 y.o. water heater recently that is used in a seasonal cabin. The company, A.O.Smith told me this part was no longer available, but in contacting Supply House, they had it in stock! It was identical to the one I replaced, easy to install, and it works perfectly.

NOT A PRO, WORKS LIKE A CHAMP
I finally got time to replace the unit , easy to replace and everything worked great. Had to adjust metal tubing to let unit rest in cradle and a little issue(mine) getting the flair nut to start threading but patience prevailed.

Great Service. Right Product Right Price
Wanted to make sure I was ordering the right assembly Called 10 minutes before closing. Phone was answered buy GREG. We talked about the assembly He looked up the right product number. I ordered the assembly on Wednesday around 11:00 am. Product was shipped the same day received Friday around 11:30. Was able to install same day. Product was exactly the same part as the old one.
